I am on the lookout for a copy of the instruction manual for an Icom GC-4 world clock. This clock is a from a good friend who is now a SK, so it is a sentimental request.
Also after information / circuits from the EA VHF Powermatch Mk2 series of articles. These articles appeared in mid/late 1990. It consisted of a meter unit and accessory plugin units such as power head, voltage probe, reflectometer and I think one other plugin. This is a retro nostalgic project I started 'back in the day', and now have the urge to finish it. I know there is more modern sophisticated test gear around but, I like old things.![]()
Any assistance with either of the above requests would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Some years back when I was after something similar I got no assistance locally.
I then wrote to Japan (got no response), the U.S. (responded quickly, but they didn't have what I was after) and the U.K., who had what I wanted and went out of their way for me; great to deal with.

Unfortunately the GC-5 is very different to the GC-4, in that I have only push buttons, not adjustment knobs.
I will give Icom UK a try, nothing to lose.
And to VK5TM, thank you for your assistance.

www.mods.dk have the GC-5 clock manual - maybe similar enough to give you the answer?
Cheers
