CW for advanced license? - VK4WDM - 30-11-2018

I have been told by a person studying for their advanced license that there is an option for them to be tested in CW proficiency at 5 WPM as part of the exam.  I can't find any mention of that in the exam syllabus. Is that correct?

Contact the Exams area in the WIA office for confirmation of Yes/No. 
Anything anyone else says/types should be considered hearsay / worthless.

The office is shutting for the Christmas break shortly so you will need to get to it ASAP.

I recall a while back reading something about an optional Morse qualification being available because some countries (then at least) required at least a basic qualification for their reciprocal licensing arrangements. 

See below. Although last updated 2010, it looked like some countries still had a Morse requirement:
