WIA news extracts:

I have generally discontinued posting (what I considered) interesting extracts from the weekly WIA News broadcasts on this Forum, whether they be they VK events, international happenings etc...  There has usually been no feedback or discussion so they obviously did not belong in the Forum arena.

That is not to state that I won't if I feel the info is important enough, just that any such items will only be posted irregularly.

That is not to say that others can't take up doing the same thing as I was doing - extracting interesting items from the text edition of the WIA News. It just won't normally be done by me. (Please remember to always attribute the news source so as not to infringe copyright.)

I found them interesting and useful, because I rarely look at the WIA site and often miss the broadcasts.

And on the opposite side of the coin, I've normally seen them before I get here.
