The way it works is that it takes a copy of the WSJT-X ALL.TXT file into the local folder (eg c:\ham_radio\vk4adc\' c:, then processes it back to a reverse-order equivalent named REVALL.TXT ... |

Quite correct, it won't work for you using that structure. It should work for others though where they are using just one copy of WSJT-X.
